2.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 4bd345, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform or declared a problem gambler under any self-exclusion scheme.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under applicable local laws.
• You are of sound mind and are not under duress at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

4bd345 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4bd345 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4bd345 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4bd345 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where fraud is suspected. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 4bd345 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin wagering, matched betting, arbitrage, or use of automated software.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

4bd345 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, deduct the bonus amount from the account balance, suspend or permanently close the account, and pursue recovery of funds already withdrawn as a result of abusive behaviour. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 4bd345, and decisions made in this regard are final.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a game or market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

8.1 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 4bd345 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

8.2 Account Closure by 4bd345

4bd345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform's integrity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

8.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 4bd345 platform, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 4bd345 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within a reasonable time, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution process.
